Initial Meetings – The first step is to find out exactly what you are looking for in a new home. We gather design information, visit and walk your lot, tour other homes for preferences and enter a design contract.

Draw Design Plans – During this phase we draw up and fine-tune your design plans, obtain your approval, and start the bidding process for the creation of your final plans.

Building and Construction Contract – Once your design is approved and finalized, we enter into a building and construction contract.

Permit Process – Your paperwork is submitted to obtain all the necessary building permits for your area and subdivision.
